Pool/Clubhouse
2:41 PM Friday, July 11, 2014As announced in Fall 2013, our agreement with Brookline is scheduled to change effective September 2014. The HOA will no longer make payments Brookline for use of their pool and clubhouse. However, Five Star residents will be able to pay a monthly fee to Brookline for summertime use if it your desire. This topic will be covered in our annual meeting. Please plan to attend.
Does this mean that the HOA dues will be reduced by $20 a month or so at the beginning of September?

There's only one thing to do in this community, and it's use the pool. The fees should be reduced if that is taken away.
